    This hardcover book is in very good condition, with the dust jacket showing minimal signs of wear. There is no writing, marks or creases on any of the pages (there are age spots on the top pages when book is closed see pic No. 5). Purchased while on vacation in Memphis many years ago, this 41-year old book is very clean, never thumbed through, and in great condition!  A nice addition to any Elvis collection!
