New with cosmetic defects
These were purchased in a bulk lot and was told that these are brand new but I noticed that the packaging was  torn and worn. After inspection I noticed that the long rubber tube that covers the cymbal arms have a few scuff marks. I took 2 photos to show the 2 locations that I found. Other than that their are some marks on the Chrome but nothing too alarming.  Everything else works as it should
