What I have here is a National Carpet Equipment Inc #71 Carpet Puller System, This unit works as it should and comes with all of it's factory parts.
I bought this from a local business that was closing up with hopes of using it for a project but I never got around to doing that project.
Has been in my climate controlled storage unit since I bought it.
