Vintage "It's A Hamilton" Chrome Collapsible Portable Guitar Stand.
It's  black padding is worn and torn on the ends but it still serves It's intended purpose properly.  It ain't pretty but it still works just as well as an expensive stand but for only a fraction of the price.
Fully extended it stands about 19" tall.  When folded up it measures 16" long.  Do your guitar a favor, stop leaning it up against the chair and get it a stand.
