Vintage Shelley China OVINGTON # 13216 Trio Tea Cup, Saucer, Plate Set - England

For your collection - a beautiful Shelley England Fine Bone China Trio Set - in the beautiful Ovington pattern!  This pattern is No. 13216 and according to our book on Shelley China, this pattern was released from approximately 1940 - 1966.  It is a stunning green and black enameling with light green edging - each of the three pieces is fully hallmarked - the luncheon plate measures approximately 8" round with scalloped fluting and the tea saucer measures about 5 5/8" round with the same fluting - the lovely matching tea cup is in the Gainsborough shape utilized by Shelley from about 1900-1965 according to book research and this cup measures approximately 4 3/4" handle's edge to rim.  All of the pieces have no chips that we note but there is some pattern wear, some utensil markings, and some signs of this being a beautifully loved set - very pretty but not new - Please see all photographs and utilize as a reference.  Thank you.
