Vintage Excel Divided Childs Warming Porcelain Plate. The plate has three divided sections and are decorated with the three blue bears. One bear playing organ with monkey, one playing a trumpet, the other sweeping. The warming plate has a removable cork stopper to fill plate with warm water.
