This is a new
H
opper Snap Disk for all Avalon Lopi pellet stoves.
The
H
opper Snap Disk allows the auger to run provided that there is enough negative pressure.
On a call for heat, the auger feeds pellets only if the
Draft Flow Switch
(
vacuum switch) detects a sufficient vacuum and the hopper snap disc is closed.
Some stoves had difficulties with the d
raft flow switch
and/or defective h
opper snap disk.
It is a good habit to replace both the vacuum switch and the h
opper snap disk
together! Please look at our special discount when you buy both items straight away as a kit.
