    Has been tested at +/-12 ohms resistance and found working.
    W = E x I   where:

    4800W = 240V x I or Amps   solve for I:
    I = 20 Amps   so:
    E = I x R where: 240V = 20A x R or Ohms   solve for R:
    R = 12 Ohms
    Element should measure at approx. 12 Ohms
