Listing is for a Thermo Pride 85k BTU 85% Oil Fired Dual Poise Furnace model: OD6RA072DV5. This furnace comes new out of box and it has never been installed. The bottom of the box got wet and a small amount of water got into the furnace casing. This left a couple very light water spots on the floor. This is the only spot were there is any water damage. None of the electrical components (blower motor, board, transformer) got wet and the furnace was tested and it worked fine. There is also a scratch on the right side of the casing and there is a small ding on the top right corner of the furnace's casing. Otherwise the furnace is fine. This comes exactly as shown and includes manual, Field Controls draft control, and hardware shown. There is no burner included.
