Overall Condition:
Book is ion VERY GOOD condition.
Cover Condition:
Softcover has a little wear. Front Top RH Corner has a small crease, but no noticeable.
Binding/Spine Condition:
Binding is a wire spiral. Some of the wire loops are bent and not straight. Book pages turn fine though. There is no page rip out. All pages are tight on the spiral. Spiral rings are a little dungy. Very hard to clean the rings. I Tried.
Pages Condition:
Pages are clean. There is a small writing on the front inside page. The rear back cover has a full page of pencil notes about the woman's house.
