Daniel Grant is unstoppable… remarkable… you could say freakishly awesome on the water. To help Daniel carve out the future of wakeboarding we made him a completely newly designed TAO binding for 2016. The 2016 TAO binding has a new, more dynamic upper that features the same lightweight Uni-body concept with our integrated Comfort Liner and our high performance IPX Chassis. The TAO features our Impact EVA foam 3D molded footbed for soft landings off big booters. While completely redesigned for 2016, the TAO still has the same soft comfort, fit and feel that Daniel Grant has always demanded.

IPX Chassis
Our patented chassis system has been improved once again! The IPX chassis now features an updated bottom contour that sucks down to the decks of Liquid Force boards for the locked in feeling. More performance and less heel lift improves response and energy transfer. Designed, built, and tested to satisfy the needs of the World’s most demanding riders.
Eva Impact Dampener
For the maximum in comfort and support we have upgraded all of our liners with 3D molded Impact EVA Bottom. Our new liner bottom has an ergonomic shape designed to support your arch, forefoot and heel for enhanced athletic performance. The Liquid Force Impact EVA formula provides maximum comfort and superior dampening.
Dampening Mid-Sole
Midsole with built in Eva Toe Cap, locking in the upper and offering 3rd stage of dampening to the user's foot.
Comfort Liner
Our integrated liner features our softest foam: a great fit for everyone on the boat. This liner provides maximum comfort with just enough support for high-level riders that want a soft flexible binding.
Dual Laces
The dual lace zone system allows the lace tension to be different in the lower and upper zones. This gives the rider a custom fit for a secure and comfortable feeling.
3D Molded Impact
This is where comfort and performance combine to give the rider the most support while still controlling the board.  The 3D molded Impact EVA bottom features 2.5 degrees of cant, toe lift, a deep heel cup and a supportive arch underneath your foot.
Cuff Flexzone
A stretch zone that connects the upper cuff and lower throat area on selected bindings. This allows the binding to move forward and backwards, as well as side to side, without restriction.
