The item available here is a new pair of Snap-on Tapered Pliers.  It comes as shown in new condition in the original packaging.  There are three of these initially available (see last picture) and they are being sold individually.  No return once they are used.
These are .35 from Snap-on.
It has not been tested and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.   Postage is not covered.
