Includes original box and packaged with all quick release lens adapters: 67, 72, 77, and 82mm threaded adapter rings and included allen wrenches as pictured. Otherwise the box clips straight into 114mm diameter cinema lenses.
Everything is in the box like the day I bought it.
As pictured, there is a small strip of fuzzy velcro left side for your filter tags. It’s especially handy for your operator and AC’s to identify any filtration in the matte box!
