NOS, excellent and complete with fitting ferromagnetic RF shield to prevent spurious needle deflection from stray RF during transmission. In a box with style and age consistent with vintage of the meter but I'm not sure if it was the original, unless ?mil. spec ("SPEC 760" stamped). Regardless, built with well deserved Simpson quality. Tested with regular AC with limiting resistor to verify needle mobility and return to 0. Not tested with Radio Frequency but no reason to suspect inaccuracy.
This is a meter with very stylish look, not your standard analog meter stereotype of the same era: pleasantly different outline, black dial, glass firmly set and attractive.
