Rogers Drum High Hat Stand Parts Vintage ?

Description

Picked this up with some parts  , Rogers High hat stand , Missing at least top cymbal mounting hardware  (see pics), and looks like one thumb bolt (see pics) Could be missing other parts only what is pictured , pedal and chain seems to work . It had rust on it (see pics) should be able to steel wool .Sold as is for parts not working , ships to lower 48 only to confirmed address only Thank you
