Scanner is in fair shape cosmetically, but
IT DOES NOT WORK.
NO AC BATTERY POWER SUPPLY IS INCLUDED WITH THIS RADIO!
BATTERY HOLDER HAS A LOT OF CRUD INSIDE FROM OLD BATTERIES LEAKING. SCANNER DOES NOT POWER UP ON BATTERIES SO BATTERY HOLDER NEEDS CLEANED OR POSSIBLY CONTACTS MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED.
It is has it's rubber ducky antenna but is missing the ac adaptor.
I tried it with my own 12VDC adapter and display lights except for lower strip of display which did not illuminate. I could not get keypad to work. Other than that is untested. So I am calling it a parts set or a non working radio needing repairs and I am offering it asis, NOT guaranteed to work. Remember this when you bid!
