With 300 channels and the popular Truck Tracker feature, this unit makes for a great base station scanning receiver that can be easily used in a mobile capacity. Item measure

with visible signs of light wear to the exterior, well preserved for its age.
Note that we are selling this item AS IS, for parts or repair only. We make no guarantees. NO returns! The two known issues are a non-working backlight and a "broken" squelch. Item powers up fully and scans all its currently programmed channels initially, but only for a short while. Ultimately, anywhere from a few minutes to several hours later, the static takes over interrupting the scanning/searching functions, regardless of the position of the squelch knob. The faulty back light is a comparatively simple fix, we understand--The squelch issue, not so easy. The original AC adapter is included with this unit, but no antenna or manual. This is a great fixer-upper for the radio enthusiast/handy-person.
