Radio Shack 2096 Digital/Analog Mobile/Base Scanner. This a Pro 2096 Digital radio Scanner.
This radio has been used for Base operation and only includes the AC power cord. (DC cords are readily available online).  This radio receives the following formats.
Motorola analog, digital and APCO 25 (phase 1) systems.
EDAC non-pro-voice systems
UHF and VHF conventional radio
It can be programmed via included program cable with a variety of aftermarket software.
This radio has great audio and does accept CSTSS and DCS on analog channels.  Spec are

It has been firmware upgraded for 800 Band Conversions.
