Quadrafire uses
a LOWER RPM motor than most other manufacturers and their impeller (fan) blade is also different.  They use a 9 blade, 4-7/16" Deep impeller, which is much different than the larger 12 blade, 4-3/4" impellers used on many other stoves.
Be aware that there are many so called "Universal" and "Generic" motors being sold here on eBay and they can probably bolt up to your Quadrafire, but it is also highly probable that your air performance-volume with
them is going to be considerably different because they use a different RPM motor and a larger diameter 12 blade, "Shallow" impeller blade.  This motor-blower is also much quieter than the higher RPM "Generic" motor Kits.
This motor was designed specifically as a Quadrafire replacement part.  It has matched RPM and air performance-volume with the OEM motor-blower for Quadrafire pellet stoves.
It is wind tunnel tested and the air flow is within 3% of the OEM motor within the entire operating range.
It is virtually identical to the currently available OEM replacement part, except it comes without the blower housing, so in most cases is easier to swap out.  It is a "Plug & Play" set-up and comes with spade terminals on the motor that you can plug your wire leads into.  It comes with the external cooling fan (umbrella fan) for the motor, a new silicone mounting gasket and basic instructions.  This replacement blower motor assembly is specifically made to replace the Quadrafire models listed below.  It is virtually identical to the original motor, except it is made by FASCO, not Huayi.
With this "Quick Change" style you will reuse your existing blower housing, so in some cases you may NOT need to disconnect the exhaust vent connection.  (Check existing clearances for removing motor & access).  If you do not need to disconnect your exhaust vent,  this replacement can install in about half of the time that it takes to replace the complete Blower housing model.  There are 6 screws in the mounting plate to remove-reinstall and 2 wires to disconnect-reconnect.
Here's the eBay item number if you want a less costly "Generic" replacement with half of the warranty.  Just like most Generic replacements, it will bolt up to your stove just fine but the performance will be different:

The "Universal" style of motors being sold that are similar to this were designed for other stove makes.  Although they could bolt up satisfactorily,
THEY ARE typically LONGER
(4" - 4-3/8") than this motor and on some models of Quadrafire could interfere with your ability to close the side panels on the stove.
