    Scarce early original Hard Cover (not soft cover (wraps) and official stitched binding (not spiral bound) edition.
    Profusely illustrated in black & white and color duotones. Interior Complete with great Color Map end papers and Color Illustrated Chapter Header pages throughout, the rest black & white. Pages not numbered (approximately 117).
    Book measures 10 1/2 x 14 inches. Exterior cover and spine are worn at edges and corners with spotting to cover (see scans). Inside is in very good condition.There are no missing or damaged pages and all the inside pages, except five (see scans) are clean and bright. There are no bookplates and no tears or underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins.
