NOS New Roll of Conso Pellon 5" X 100 Yards White Fusible Interfacing Stabilizer

This listing is for a NOS New Roll of Conso Pellon 5" X 100 Yards White Fusible Interfacing Stabilizer.  One roll has a little dirt on the edge where the plastic wrap is torn.  See Pic.  This will be the second one sold.
I bought out the inventory surplus from a local fabric/upholstery shop.  There is a wide variety of parts such as curtain rods, thread, velcro, curtain hooks, tie backs, staples, tacks, and misc. hardware. The parts are all new, and most, are in their original sealed packaging.  Some of the packaging may have some slight dirt or light damage from sitting in the warehouse for years.  If the packaging is not sealed, I will try to take pictures of the actual item.
Please look at the pictures carefully, as I have tried to accurately capture the detail and quality of this item.
Note: Effective July 1, 2019, Ebay now automatically collects sales tax for just about every state, if you buy something from any seller.  This is a result of a court case, and impacts the small seller, and the buyer.  The sales tax is on the selling price of the product, and not the shipping.  I used to work the shipping into the price.  I am going to stop that practice to help the buyer out a little.  This is too bad, considering most of the items that I sell have had sales tax collected on them, at least once or twice in their lifetime.
