It measures 11-3/4 by 3-1/2 inch metal mounting plate with 4 mounting holes 1-3/8 inch and 11 inch apart (center to center)
The coils stand 5-1/4 inch high above the base 9 inch long by 2 1/8 inch wide
I believe these are for the  AAC18, aac24, aac30, aac36  Ceilning mount AAC units
There is a place in the mounting plate to mount a Thermal Limit Switch
Each unit has some scratches from poor packaging of the bulk shipment but do not affect the performance of the unit in any way ( see third photo )
