Seller's Guarantee and Disclaimer: Seller is a member of the American Philatelic Society (APS). My family and I have collected stamps for many decades and consider stamp collecting a HOBBY -- and as such we are NOT experts in the field. Please understand that since we have now decided to sell our collection we do unintentionally occasionally make mistakes. Please Note: Classic stamps of some countries, e.g. Heligoland, Lübeck, Hamburg, Iran, and Transvaal, not to mention many first issues of the Central American countries, were reprinted by early philatelic dealers using the very same plates that were used to produce the original stamps. In some cases, especially in classic Iran, original stamps and their reprints are practically indistinguishable; therefore, certification by an internationally recognized expert is absolutely necessary to reliably identify the originals. In some relatively rare cases, fake postmarks on used German Inflation-era stamps also are difficult to distinguish from real ones. If, in an expert's opinion any of the stamps sold by us on eBay are confirmed as a reprint, a forgery, or as having been misidentified, we will gladly refund what you paid for this stamp within 30 days of buyer receiving it.
All questions gladly answered to the best of our ability!
Collection Street tends to focus on pre-1930's Worldwide issues, with the majority to be listed from prior to 1900.
