This is an open box return to a major drum company that they were not able to resell because the box had been opened
As seen from the photos when this item was returned it was not properly packaged and there is some scuffs, also what you see in the picture is exactly what you get I believe there is some external hardware missing, look at photos of what you see is exactly what you get
