Overall appears decent for age although there a couple marks here and there on the case. All knobs seem to move freely except RF Fine Af red knob which takes some effort to move. Main meter moves with dial.
Turns on. No idea how to properly test further as I'm not a professional in this field. Due to that, electronic age and part swappers item is being sold as is for parts or repair with no implied guarantee return or refund.
