Assembly for KOZI FAN12003 Blower
This is a heavy duty "Plug & Play" set-up
.  This replacement comes with the correct 1-1/4" high,11 petal impeller blade, attached to a backing plate (See Pics). This impeller blade is a very aggressive blade and provides increased airflow over other cheaper styles of impellers.  If you look at the cost of impellers here on eBay, you will find that this impeller is one of the most costly impellers.
The blower motor has two wire terminals that exit directly from the motor with 12" wire leads and the appropriate terminals on them. It comes with the external cooling fan (umbrella fan) for the motor,
a new reusable 6" silicone mounting gasket
and basic instructions.
Unlike other cheaper "Generic" versions being sold on eBay, this bl
ower motor assembly is specifically made as a replacement for the KOZI Free standing & Insert models listed below.  It is virtually identical to the original motor and it is
Made by FASCO.
With this "Quick Change" style you will reuse your existing blower housing, so in most cases you do NOT need to disconnect the exhaust vent connection.  This replacement installs in about half of the time that it takes to replace the complete Blower housing model.  There are 6 screws in the mounting plate to remove-reinstall and 2 wires to disconnect-reconnect.  Double check your blower and make sure that you have the "Quick Change" style with the 6 removable screws in the mounting plate before ordering.  If you do not, you can still use this but you will need to disassemble your motor from the blower housing and install the new motor without the mounting plate.  The other option would be to pay over 0 for the complete OEM assembly.  The OEM motor from the factory comes with a 90 days warranty. KOZI uses
a different RPM motor than most other manufacturers and their impeller (fan) blade is significantly different from most.  They use an 11 bladed 4-9/16" impeller with a backing plate, which is much different than the larger 12 bladed 4-3/4" impellers used on many other stoves.
Be aware that there are many so called "Universal" motors being sold here on eBay and they could conceivably bolt up to your KOZI, but it is also highly likely that the air performance with
them is going to be considerably different, because they use a different RPM motor and a different impeller blade.

The "Universal" style of motors being sold that are similar to this were designed for other stove makes and not for KOZI.  Although they could conceivably bolt up to your stove,
THEY ARE typically LONGER
than this motor
(4"- 4-3/8")
and on some models of KOZI could interfere with your ability to close the side panels on the stove.
This blower/motor assembly is designed specifically as a KOZI replacement.
