    When I was a little girl in the late 1950s, my mother would give me a cup of milk in this very cup.   I had to always sit at the table and act like a lady to use my "special cup".  Later of course, I found out that the same cup had been used by all of my older siblings, but it is still special.  Unfortunately, I have way too many special things and need to downsize.  I hope that someone will give it a new home and be able to enjoy it as much as I have for the last 60+ years.
