this is an ho scale tyco center street series  # 7798 general store kit, it is unassembled new in the box, never been opened but cellophane is a little  torn, includes light kit, it contains 102 pieces, measures 3&3/8 x 3 & 9/16 x 5 & 15/16. easy to assemble, came from a closed up hobby shop in vermont,  this will be shipped in a padded envelope, if you want it sent in a box let me know it will cost more.
