After straighten 1m cable on the end, Shuck off outter jacket, not shorten than 40MM and see fig 2.
Using special knife resects superfluous length of outer conductor insulation and inner conductor, to keep their kerf at the middle of wave top, about 20.5mm outer conductor exposed, keeping the kerf even, see fig3. Set O-Loop 20.5x3.8 on cable, position as indicated in Fig3.
Install Cable Clip
3. Fix the assistant shell body on cable, make cable clip stopped at the bottom of the ware, then pull up the back DOS shell at the position indicated in Fig4. Separate the foam layer and the outer conductor of the cable hold the back DOS shell at the position, and then shape the conductor. Remove the thorn of kerf and clean the processing surface, see Fig4.
Install Main Shell Body: (Fig5)
Fix main shell body on cable. Keeping main shell body stopped; turn back DOS shell to tighten main shell body and assistant shell body, Assembling is Finished.
