We will print your order in 24-48 hours and ship it immediately. We will put the tracking number in your paypal account = check there for the details, so you can track your order.
CAN I SPLIT MY ORDER?
CAN I HAVE 200 CARDS WITH ONE NAME, 300 WITH ANOTHER, ETC?
NO. All cards must be the same = We can't split an order with different names or different designs.
HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

NO. You must provide PRINT-READY files (jpeg, pdf, png).
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT = pics of your current card

a description of what you want on your cards.
WILL I GET A PROOF / SAMPLE BEFORE YOU PRINT MY ORDER?

If you provide us the artwork/design then NO, there's NO need to send you a sample = because we will print EXACTLY what you send us.
If we are creating a design for you = then YES, we will send you a proof/sample for your review and approval, prior to printing your order.
I DON'T HAVE A DESIGN, CAN YOU HELP ME?
YES.
If you don’t have a design, we can create one for you for an additional fee of only 12-dollars. This is to cover our graphic designer's time.
ALL you have to do is notify us that you want us to create a design and we’ll email you on how to proceed with this simple process!

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL USA = IS SHIPPING INCLUDED OR FREE, FOR ME?
NO.
The included or stated shipping ONLY applies to continental USA. ALL shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Guam, Saipan and other places MUST pay 8-dollar ADDITIONAL.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL U.S.A.?
NO.

This is because we have a UPS corporate account for USA shipments, which is much lower rates than Postal Service (USPS)….This allows us to offer such low prices for our products.
BUT this doesn't allow for shipments outside USA. So, for any of these types of shipments we must use the postal service, this puts extra/different work for our shipping department and order processing/pickup services.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once we receive your artwork (or your approval for the design), it takes 24 to 48 hours for printing and 2 to 3 days for UPS delivery (for continental USA orders).
