This sizing guide , assumes the following about your structure:
Building is Un-Insulated Block Construction with 8-12 ft. ceiling heights.
Unit will be used to maintain approximately 55°F or above throughout the heating season
Installation codes do not permit Horizontal venting of any manufacturers garage heater without  a listed Stainless venting kit.
Vertical venting is permitted with B-Vent
