For sale is a lot of 5 used Excelta 9231E cutters.  Designed to cut .008" - .040" soft wire, these maximum flush small oval cutters feature carbon tool steel construction with induction hardened cutting blades to RHC 63-65. CNC machining allows for long life joint surfaces.  Soft cushioned foam grips have dual leaf springs that provide smooth action. ESD safe (10¹⁰ ohms/sq). 4"Overall length.  The grips have minor scuffing and scratches; there are no other notable imperfections.  Excelta P/N 9231E.
