Electro Industries EM-LV15278, Electric Plenum Heater - Upflow. Unit operated perfectly but was removed because we installed air conditioning and didn’t have the plenum height to fit it all in there. It is a Little dusty from sitting on my garage shelf for two years but will operate just fine!!! Shipped with UPS
