Brand new. Assembled in the USA. Very sturdy wood and aluminum desk stand for your scanner. The deluxe heavy duty bracket is adjustable for almost any scanner that is between 2 1/4 and 4 inches wide. The deluxe larger side grips grab the scanner better and
a non stick rubber mat is placed on the stand where the bottom of the scanner would rest and it would also prevent slippage.
The bottom of the base has deluxe large rubber feet installed in the corners for non slip functionality.
The scanner partially shown in the first photo is NOT included but is shown to depict a similar scanner in the stand.
