DARLING VINTAGE CHILD'S CEREAL / SOUP BOWL Anthropomorphic FOX - SUN? English?

Absolutely too cute to resist, but a mystery!  My instincts tell me that the three wonderful decal or perhaps painted "scenes" involving an ANTHROPOMORPHIC FOX and SUN??...amid flowers, may represent a Fairy Tale.  If so, it's not a story familiar to me.  They all seem happy enough...the Fox isn't ready for a meal...:-)....and I have no idea if they should appear in a certain order to follow a story line.  OH WELL...It's an adorable child's bowl that has a 7 7/8" full diameter...the basin section is 5 1/2".  I also tried to research the back mark with no luck. I believe it could be English...perhaps someone out there can clear this up!  Condition is great with no cracks or chips.  The gold rim shows a bit of wear from use and there are two small circular areas on the inside where the sheen is gone...tried to photograph them but it was impossible.  What a darling addition for a child's dinnerware collection!
