Product Use:  Closed loop scale and corrosion inhibitor for ferrous and yellow metals protection
Optimum Protection:
This product has been formulated to give optimum protection when the water is initially treated to a nitrite level of 20 drops by nitrate test.  Do not exceed treatment of higher than 30 drops by nitrite test.  After initial treatment, maintain nitrite level between 15 to 20 drops by nitrite test
1 unit will treat approx. 200 gallons of water (CL 4030, CL 5036)   2 units will treat approx. 400 gallons (CL6048)
2.5 units needed for ECL 2300         2.5 units needed for ECL 2400      3 units for pallet Burner        4 units for CL 7260
We  REQUIRE the use of this product with all furnaces we sell in order to protect the water jacket from potential corrosion from the water.   It is necessary to test and treat water (if needed) any time after adding water due to loss or when refilling after draining entire system.
