The vintage canister from Bauer Pottery has a painted strawberry design, and the canister has a rounded wooden top.
On the front of this canister is "Hunger is the best seasoning."
The item is 6" across at the widest (5" at the top) and 5.5" tall with the lid.
This canister is used and in very good to excellent condition with no cracks, chips or crazing.
