This is a very clean Bird element case.  Brown leather, stitched, and brass hardware.
Inside are eight (8) Bird 43 elements and one (1) coax adapter.
The elements and adapter are (quantity of one each):
Model 4330-2200, .2/.8 Watts, 2200-2300 MHz, with Lo/Hi Switch
Model 275-1, 1 Watt 275-450 MHz
Model 5-C, 5 Watts 100-250 MHz

All elements are in good condition, case is immaculate.  No scratches or tears in the leather.
This is from the estate of a silent key who was a professor of electrical engineering.  He specialized in microwave technology, and he took very good care of his gear.  This set of slugs has been lightly used.
Case and eight elements weigh 1 pound, 10 ounces.  Shipping weight will be three pounds.  This will be boxed very well and shipped, insured for the full amount, on UPS.
