After your Purchase...
- Send your text and artwork (see details below) to our paypal email address or contact us via ebay message and we will provide instructions on how to send the design. (If design is needed please send a detailed description of how you would like your design to look) Please reference your eBay ID when emailing us.
- A proof will be sent to your email address for approval within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Under extreme work loads proofs may take up to 48 hours.
- Once you approve the proof we will beign the printing process.
- Printing will take 2-4 business days (weekdays only, excluding holidays).
- Once printed, your cards will be sent via UPS ground shipping. Ship time is usually 3 to 5 days. US lower 48 states only.
- Please provide a physical mail address. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Your Artwork...
- We provide fee design and lay out your card using your text, logo and/or images. (This item does not include logo design, but we can design a logo for you at an additional charge. Contact us for details.)
- Please provide instructions as to how you want the lay out to look, if applicable, otherwise we will provide a professional design for your approval.
- If you plan to provide fully designed artwork, please ensure these criteria are met. We can help you with this if necessary.
--- Your dimensions should be the exact trim size plus a .125 bleed on each dimension (Example: 2 x 3.5 business card will be 2.125 x 3.625). Even if a file has no bleed with white edges you still must leave this bleed. You should not have more canvas size than required.
---The safe area is exactly 1/8" inside of the trim area. This safe area is for important text and artwork since the trim may shift during the trimming phase of production.
---We accept Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, PDF, JPEG and Tiff formats.
---Please flatten all files before submitting at a minimum of 300 DPI and maximum of 1200 DPI with line art.
---For JPEG files make sure that you have a minimum of 300 DPI and a maximum of 1200 DPI with line art
---For TIFF files ake sure that you have a minimum of 300 and a maximum of 1200 DPI with line art. (Except for banners which are all at 100 DPI. See Banner Requirement for more information.)
--- Utilzie CMYK color mode.
- Files must be setup according to stated specifications. You are fully responsible for following such guidelines which include file types, bleed setup, art resolution, orientation and color usage. We will not print any item that does not meet the mimimum resloutions mentioned above. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF PROOFS, PROOF READING AND ERRORS.

You are solely responsible for the content you incorporate into your products and you confirm that you are the owner of or are authorized to use such content.
Prior to printing, you will receive an electronic proof to verify the accuracy of all art file elements, including but not limited to, positioning, text, image proportion and placement. Print production will proceed only after a proof has been approved by you. Our proofs sent by email require the customer to reply with a written approval to begin the printing process. Time to remake or change a job will affect the turnaround time. You are liable for any and all charges resulting from changes and/or rework occurring after proof approval.
ibizworks.com does not provide nor purport to provide any color matching guarantee as pertains to screen-viewable, electronic (online) proofs approved by you and printed matter produced thereafter. Orders that require precise color matching should include the purchase of a high resolution, paper proof.
We will do all we can to help set up and print a beautful set of cards, but note that all sales are final.
